What you see on the website is a digital approximation of what you will see on your printed shirts. We do our best to keep what's on our site in sync with what you receive, but we cannot 100% guarantee colors of garment, colors of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online. That being said, there will be a reasonable range of variation between colors, size, and placement between what you see on the website and what you see on your shirt. You won't expect an ink print to be red and have it show up blue.
On every product page, there is a 'Size Chart' button that will open up a window showing you exactly what type of garment the design is printed on. Typically we print our designs on Bella Canvas, Gildan and Next Level apparel.

All of our apparel products are printed using direct to garment digital technology. Some of our apparel may use a technique known as screen printing.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have placed an order, our printing fulfillment partner will begin printing your order within a few hours. If we find that our printing fulfillment partner has begun printing your order we won't be able to cancel your order. But, if they have not started on your order, we may be able to cancel your order in time. You must contact us as soon as possible, the sooner the better. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be made after the order has been submitted.
If you selected the wrong size or inputted the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct the order. However, once you have placed an order, our printing fulfillment partner will begin printing your order within a few hours. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee we can change your order with the correct information if our printing fulfillment partner has already begun printing your order.
After placing an order, it can take up to 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Shipping speed and cost depends on product type, weight and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Please double check that your credit card information was entered correctly. This includes ensuring that the billing address on your FilmFTW.com Store account matches the billing address associated with your card. We have limited information regarding the details of why your card was declined, so the best place to start is to contact your bank or credit card provider for further information. If you continue to have issues with the credit card, we suggest trying to make the purchase via PayPal!

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product and the shipping destination. You can obtain a shipping estimate from your shopping cart before going through the checkout process. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number! The tracking number can also be found in the "My Orders" section of your account.
We ship to most parts of the world, so we most likely ship to your country. To see if we do, simply add some items to your cart and proceed to our secure checkout page.
Occasionally on international orders that contain a larger quantity of items or a high purchase price over $25, your local post office may charge you customs. By law, we are required to state the amount paid for any outgoing international package. These customs charges are rare, but they do happen on orders with multiple shirts, sweatshirts, and mixed item packages. Please be aware that any resultant customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
