We ship worldwide! 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination. Please add items to cart and go to our secure checkout page to find the exact shipping costs for your order.


Shipping Speeds:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless these are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10-15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. On rare occasions, orders may take more than 1 week due to higher than expected sales or holiday scheduling.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apple to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

There is no sales tax charged to United States customers. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day return policy. *IMPORTANT* This product is print on demand, meaning it is custom made just for you the moment you place an order. Because of this, we can't accept all returns. We only accept returns if the product is proven to be defective. We cannot refund if you order the wrong size, have buyer's remorse, or provide your address incorrectly.


Why don't we accept all returns?

Every product you order at our is a unique individual item, manufactured by hand just for you. That's what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren't put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can't resell them. Exchanges are basically impossible if you ordered the wrong size. We order all designs in exact quantities, so the chance that we'll have an extra one in your size is very slim.


How to return items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days at with details of the product and the defect and we will determine a workable solution.  If 30 days have past since the date of the item's arrival, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
